Hyper Fest 07
Hyper Fest 07 will capture and display a large mix of events focused on youth culture. These events include live bands, DJ’s, MC’s, break-dancing, hip hop battles, graffiti art, skate demonstrations, art and heaps more. Held on Sunday June 24th with a massive line-up including Butterfingers, Karnivool, Macromantics, Behind Crimson Eyes, Dallas Crane, Downsyde, In Fiction, The Fuzz and Streetlight. AmpFest 07
ApmFest is an initiative of a Western Suburb Youth Advisory Council (YAC) and has been running since 2003. The project is designed to provide young Perth bands with an opportunity to further their skills in the music industry and provide them with a platform to play their music in a public arena, as well as provide other young people with the opportunity to attend free, local, live, all-ages entertainment. Carnarvon Extreme Sports Festival
The Carnarvon Extreme Sports Festival will showcase the extremities the regions has to offer through an extreme sports and music festival. Summer Skate Series 2007

YMCA HQ and Drug Aware presents the 2007 Summer Skate Series. This years event will not only include 12 qualifying rounds all around Perth but will include skate workshops at HQ in Leederville. There will be 4 divisions; under 12, under 15, female only and an open category including those over 18. Next Big Thing 07
NBTWA gives musicians from around WA the chance for to be seen and heard. The Next Big Thing WA is a state-wide competition with heats held in Broome, Carnarvon, Geraldton, Perth, Mandurah, Dunsborough, Albany and Esperance. Since 1996, thousands of aspiring bands and solo musos have entered, and tens of thousands of punters across the state have rocked out at Next Big Thing gigs. Fresh Blast

Cactus Games primarily targets males and females aged between 14-28 in regional areas. Drug Aware Pro Margaret River
The world's biggest World Qualifying Series surf tournament, the Drug Aware Pro Margaret River presented by O'Neill, was held at Surfers Point in Margaret River from March 26th to April 1st 2007. The week-long event was this year's only male and female six-star, prime-rated competition on the ASP (Association of Surfing Professionals) international calendar.
